When you deserve dessert you should try "Kisel". This is very light, also natural and healthy. Its attractive colour and fantastic delight makes you happier.
Ingredients:- 1 liter fresh sour cherry juice
- 4 tablespoon wheat starch
- 1 or 1,5 glass off vanilla-sugar (or granulated sugar)
- Sufficiently vanilla ice cream
- Basilicum for decorate
- Prepare sour cherry juice by wring out or boil them.
- Boil sour cherry juice in the dip saucepan.
- When it is nearly boil melt the wheat starch with 1 glass of sour cherry juice. Add it to the boiled sour cherry juice.
- When it is swell, add sugar switch off the heat.
- Before cool down, split them to the pans.
- It is getting cold in refrigerator.
- Serve in plate and decorate with vanilla ice cream and basilicum.
- If you want, you can try with orange or cranberry.
